The gap between the two sides is difficult to overstate right now: Viseu are yet to win a league game since earning promotion from Liga Portugal 2 last season, while Porto sit top with nine points, six goals scored and none conceded.
Bruno Pinheiro and Francesco Farioli haven't met as managers before. Pinheiro took charge in June 2026 after replacing Sérgio Fonseca and has spent his first months trying to make Viseu competitive at a level they haven't played at in years.
